Larry Rice is the founder and director of the New Life Evangelistic Center, KNLC TV 24, Missouri Renewable and American Renewable Energy. In addition as director of the New Life Evangelistic Center he supervises training centers for the homeless in St. Louis, New Bloomfield, Columbia, Springfield, Marshfield, Joplin, Potosi, House Springs and Van Buren, Missouri.
As part of its training programs NLEC has community television stations in Marshfield, Springfield and Joplin, Missouri in addition to NLEC TV 24.2 which serves the bi-state area and can be seen around the world on the NLEC TV App which can be downloaded on any “smart” device. Larry Rice is also the founder of radio stations in Harrison Arkansas, Vienna, Cedar Hill, Joplin, Marshfield, New Bloomfield, Van Buren and Potosi, Missouri.
Larry Rice is married to Debra Rice and has three children, Chris, Stephanie and Jennifer in addition to eight grandchildren.
He has been an advocate for the homeless and hurting for his 48 years of ministerial service. Rev. Rice believes that to minister means to serve faithfully, the poor and needy through the love of Jesus Christ. This includes not only in America but India, Africa and Haiti.
